A talent platform connecting underrepresented professionals with producers and brand teams across MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Porta dos Fundos.

Paramount wanted to move beyond performative diversity efforts and create practical infrastructure for inclusion in Brazil’s entertainment industry. The brief was to identify, connect and engage underrepresented professionals so diverse talent could contribute across MTV, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Porta dos Fundos—not only to stories explicitly about diversity, but to every production. Felipe Delphorno worked as Design Strategist & Service Design on a live, scalable talent platform: the Paramount Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Hub. Framed by the principle that diversity is a lens rather than a theme, the experience treated representation as a foundation for the work, not a box to check. Designed as a digital-first resource, the Hub brings together professionals in front of and behind the camera and creates a dynamic database through which producers and brand teams can discover talent organically. Its emphasis on authenticity and capability turns inclusion into an ongoing operating standard across projects. The case is identified as a brand platform, trade-marketing, service-design and product-design initiative for Paramount in Brazil. It received a Bronze Anthem Award in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, under Corporate Social Responsibility – Awareness & Media. No additional performance metrics are published in the available sources.

Bronze, Anthem Awards.
